Who We Are
Rivertown Property Inspections, also referred to as the "Best Home Inspectors In Town", is a multi-inspector firm that is locally, independently, and veteran-owned. RPI has been serving Horry and Georgetown Counties in South Carolina since 2013 and is proud to be expanding into Brunswick County. Here at Rivertown, we are on a mission to raise the standard for Home Inspectors in Myrtle Beach! By doing so, RPI has found a method to the madness and has become an invaluable resource to not just realtors and homebuyers, but mortgage lenders and insurance agents as well! Not only are all of our inspectors licensed and insured, but each was handpicked and trained by our experienced General Manager. Our inspectors routinely email the report to the buyer and their agent within a 24-hour period from the time the inspection is completed. You will receive an easy-to-read report with images – including a summary page listing out any deficiencies. The peace of mind a home inspection can provide when buying a home is priceless and at Rivertown, we believe it is very important to make sure you have all the information before you make such a significant decision.
