Who We Are

Rivertown Property Inspections, also referred to as the "Best Home Inspectors in Town," is a multi-inspector firm. We are locally, independently, and veteran-owned in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and have been serving Horry and Georgetown Counties in South Carolina since 2013.

Here at RPI, we are on a mission to raise the standards for home inspectors in Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas. By doing so, we have become an invaluable resource to not just realtors and homebuyers, but mortgage lenders and insurance agents. Not only are all our inspectors licensed and insured, but each was handpicked and trained by our experienced general manager and inspector managers. Our inspectors email the report to the buyer and their agent within the same day the inspection is completed. You will receive an easy-to-read report with images – including a summary page that lists out any deficiencies.

At RPI, we believe it is very important to make sure you have all the information regarding the property before you make such a significant decision. Whether this is your first time purchasing a home or your 10th, our certified and licensed home inspectors will give you the peace of mind you deserve!

They are active members of InterNACHI® and the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS®. Justin holds a South Carolina Residential Builders License and Residential Home Inspectors Licenses for South Carolina, while Elizabeth is a licensed REALTOR® in South Carolina. The couple has held volunteer positions as members of the CCAR Young Professionals Leadership Committee and Community Outreach Committee and the Conway Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Leadership Committee. They continue to be involved with Habitat for Humanity of Horry County, Boys & Girls Club of the Grand Strand, Myrtle Beach Christian Church, Caring in Our Lifetime, Help4Kids Backpack Buddies, Children’s Miracle Network, Ground Zero, and Project Golf Myrtle Beach. Giving back to the community and offering special services for first responders, active military and veterans is a priority.

When they are not busy leading their nationally-recognized company, Justin and Elizabeth love spending time with their three children. They also enjoy playing golf, traveling, attending community events, and networking with fellow local business owners.
